Chalkboard Menu

New Chalkboard Menu recently completed. Hand written and illustrated along the back bar at a golfing facility. I kept the visuals and te format pretty cool and slick as opposed to the more rustic style I usually produce for the pub trade. Click on the images for larger views.



I kept the visuals to a minimum. Too many would have looked a little out-of-place and not in keeping with the venues asthetics. The hand illustrated Chalkboard Menu not only generates more sales than a basic printed sign, it makes a far more striking impact, when done professionally.

Those little bits of artwork I did do were high quality... it has the effect of drawing the customers eye while they work out whether they are printed or hand-illustrated (they are the latter of course).

The entire chalkboard menu took around six hours or so to complete starting from scratch. Here's a close up view of my Chalkboard Art and menu writing...
