Pub Chalkboards

Adding a couple of little pictures - too many can actually detract and confuse, but adding just a few small neat illustrations can make a difference.

As usual I should point out that ALL the chalkboard art you see on this site is mine - if you are a new chalkboard writer trying to start out - you do not have permission to use these images on your website to try to get work. It may sound strange, but it happens - a lot.



ABOVE: INTERIOR WIDE CHALKBOARD There was quite a lot of information to get onto this board - so I divided it up into discrete sections. Being an interior board - you can afford to add more detail. The board was around 10 foot wide.



ABOVE: EXTERIOR WIDE CHALKBOARD As the board is outside the amount of information really has to be LIMITED otherwise the messages will simply get lost. Also, this board was low to the ground, so in order to have quality work on it, I created new INSERT panels. It also means that the chalkboards can be changed in bad weather in future. It still surprises me when people look shocked when I explain I can't do exterior chalkboards in the rain - they think I simply don't like getting wet! This board was also around 10 foot wide.
